CONSULTATION:  I offer a free 20 minute phone conversation for any questions you may have.  

APPOINTMENTS: I schedule appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Other days are available upon request.

TELEHEALTH: Any appointment can be through Telehealth if that is your preference.

FEES:  $100 – 50 minute session.   *Note - Reduced rate fees may be available in case of financial hardship.  Please don't hesitate to ask before scheduling an appointment.

INSURANCE:  I do not accept insurance at this time.  I am able to provide you with a statement for your insurance company for possible “out-of-network” benefits/reimbursement.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:  I accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  Please note there will be a $25 fee for any returned checks.
